Take the following self-test (table 9), developed by eating disorder researchers Lorin Taranis, Stephen Touyz, and Caroline Meyer, to find out.1 Although this test cannot tell you whether you have almost anorexia (see chapter 1 for that), it will help you understand whether your attitudes about exercise are problematic.
