Please join National Recovery Advocates Shannon Kopp and Jenni Schaefer as they talk with Eating Recovery Center’s Regional Managing Director-Clinical, Bonnie Brennan, MA, LPC, CEDS, about connecting with your values, to connect with recovery.
Shannon recovered with the help of shelter dogs. Music pulled Jenni through some difficult times. Both authors, Shannon and Jenni each used writing to pull them away from Ed. Let’s talk about moving toward our values and away from our eating disorders!
